1. Accuracy: The maximum repositioning accuracy is ± 0.01 mm, and the measuring system is integrated;
2. Speed: The speed is up to 2.5 m/s, and the time for pallet turnover can be minimized to 0.1 s;
3. Acceleration: It is up to 4G;
4. Load: A single pallet may carry a load of up to 10 kg effectively;
5. Control: Both synchronous and asynchronous control are supported. Pallets can be controlled separately or in groups, and advance and return movement is possible.
